Chef’s choice is the beef fillet dish on our Japanese menu, prepared the way the kitchen chooses. At Han Kitchen in Zurich-Oerlikon it costs CHF 45.00 – the dish for a special evening. It is cooked by a former chef of Globus Bellevue in Zurich.
What does «chef’s choice» mean?
«Chef’s choice» means the kitchen decides how the dish is put together. With us, the star is beef fillet – the most tender cut of beef, with very little connective tissue, which stays especially juicy when cooked briefly. What exactly it is served with is something our team will happily tell you at the table or on the phone.
That makes the chef’s choice the counterpart to a quick rice bowl: a dish to take your time over.
Who cooks?
Our food is cooked by a former chef of Globus Bellevue in Zurich. With the chef’s choice, he decides how the beef fillet reaches your plate. You can read more about our team and our kitchen on the «About us» page.
